We hope you love your Pistachio Club pieces as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Eligibility Items
Our exchange policy is valid for our self-made collection only.
Eligibility Window
Our exchange policy is valid for 10 days from when you received your parcel (based on the courier tracking).
If 10 days have passed since you've received your item, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer an exchange.
Item Condition
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by a digital receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange
Please DM us on Instagram with:
Your order number
Reason for exchange, and which items you'd like to exchange
Proof of purchase (receipt)
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll proceed with store credits instead.
