30-Day Return & Exchange Policy T&C

We hope you love your Pistachio Club pieces as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

Eligibility Items

Our return policy is valid for our self-made collection only.

Eligibility Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from your order date.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a digital receipt or proof of purchase


How to Request a Return/ Exchange

Please email us at hello@pistachioclub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/ exchange

  • Proof of purchase (receipt)

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Return/ Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, we’ll request your bank details and process the refund via bank transfer.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank and/or credit card company — it may take some time to post

  3. Still nothing? Email us at hello@pistachioclub.com and we’ll help you out


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
